Jogging board cargo

I have primary Reynaud's Disease/Syndrome and my hands are very hot and tingly what can I do about this? - hand hot disease

Zog I of (relatively) warm and cold Canada and tropical South-east China, and now my hands have gone out of that cold and purple, they are warm and tingling. They are really very painful. I run under cold water and place it in the freezer for very short periods.
I thought that might help the transition to a warmer climate!
My Reynaud was diagnosed by a dermatologist in 2005.
