I am sure I have a virus, because 30 seconds after you begin to start Windows Explorer, the program another below freezing on the toolbar and my comp just left open with the exception of the programs already. They have a full system scan with Norton Anti Virus 2009 and all I found was a tracking cookie do ... Norton GO! I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit. Please help if you can.
